Palm + Jade Co. Return Policy

Store Credit Only
At Palm + Jade Co., we gladly accept returns for store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for store credit. After this timeframe, returns will no longer be accepted.


Order Cancellations & Duplicate Orders
If an order needs to be canceled or if a duplicate order is placed, store credit will be issued. This store credit can be used toward any future purchase on our website.

We do not offer refunds to the original payment method for canceled or duplicate orders.


Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Palm + Jade Co. will cover shipping costs only in the case of incorrect or damaged items received.


Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, your store credit will be issued.

Please allow processing time, as store credit is issued within a few business days of receiving your return.


Return Conditions
All items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

Items that appear worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted.
