We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $125.
Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. Please note that processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods such as launches or sales.

We offer local pickup for customers in the Cullman area.

Once your order is ready, it will be placed in a designated container on the front porch labeled with your name.
Orders will be ready for pickup within 24–48 hours. You will receive an email from Palm + Jade Co. when your order is ready for pickup.
Please be sure to check your email before arriving to ensure your order is available.
Shipping Responsibility
Once your order has been shipped via USPS or UPS, responsibility for the package transfers to the carrier.
Palm + Jade Co. is not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they are in transit. If you experience an issue with delivery, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly first.
